2024-2025 Basketball Leagues
Fall Basketball League
There is both team registration and individual registration for boys and girls divisions, 2nd grade to 6th grade. There will also be team and individual registrations for PreK-1st grade (boys and girls will be mixed in those divisions). If you have a very competitive team, we suggest playing up a grade division.
There is a $2 gate. Guests 6 and under, players, and 2 coaches per team are free.
The league typically runs from the beginning of November to the week the 2nd week of December. Each team is guaranteed 6 games throughout the season.
Jerseys/uniforms and practices are not included in team registration, but is included in individual registration. Those who sign up as a team, must supply their own jerseys/shirts/uniforms. ALL TEAMS are responsible for determining their own practice schedule. Refunds are not provided once the schedule is published.
League updates will be posted to the MO Family Sports Facebook page and/or sent out via email. League updates could include things like cancellation/postponement of games

Once you register, you may not receive any emails from us, until soon after the registration closes. The first email will likely welcome you to the league and inform you of the team your child has been placed on.
Please note- coaching is always needed. On the registration, there is a spot to mark if you are interested in coaching. It is not required for you to coach but some kids/teams may be turned away if we do not have enough parent volunteers in that specific division.
It is a requirement that each team has at least 1 coach. We do not have volunteers ready to coach. Parents, grandparents, teachers, relatives- we are simply looking for positive role models who would be willing to share their knowledge and a love of the game.
The sports industry is filled with competitive leagues, tournaments, and opportunities. We want to provide the opportunity for kids to play in an organized league at both the recreation (beginner) level and competitive level.
Foul language or threatening behavior are not allowed. You will be banned from the league immediately. No second chances.
Winter School Basketball League

The purpose of this league is to get kids back to playing sports with other kids from their class and school. The sports industry is filled with competitive league and opportunities. We want to provide the opportunity for kids to play in an organized, school related, sport to have fun and play with their classmates.
We create teams, composed of individual registrations, with no knowledge of
anyone's skill level. We simply try to match kids with their age, gender, school attended and available coaches.
Please keep in mind that this is intended to be a school league. When creating your own team, you should include kids from the same school. They can be in the same class, different classes, or even different grade levels. Your team will play in the division of the highest grade level on your team.
Your team will be responsible for group communication, practices, and jerseys.
There will be a post-season tournament following the conclusion of the regular season! This tournament is for 2nd grade to 6th grade teams! Teams will have the chance to compete for the title of 'City Champs' as well as a banner for the team to sign and hang up at their school!

T-shirt jerseys are included for all players who register as an individual. Teams will have the option to order shirts for their team through us, or order/create their own jerseys/uniforms.
