This form is for individual players needing a team in the 2026 Fall Basketball League. Pre-K to 6th-grade divisions will be available.

Included in your registration fee: 6 games, team shirts, and the opportunity to make new friends and memories.

Your child will not be placed on a team without completing payment. Please be sure to check that your email is entered correctly - all information will be communicated via email.

Please note - COACHES ARE NEEDED! If you, or someone you know, is willing to coach, it will increase the chances of us being able to form a team for your child. By signing up as an individual, you understand it is the responsibility of you and your team to provide a coach for your team.

Teams will be formed once the registration deadline has passed.

If you are looking to join an already formed team, the coach/team manager will need to contact us to confirm whether this is approved or not. We will not place players on those teams without confirmation from the coach/team manager.

Team requests and schedule requests are allowed. We will do our best to accommodate any and all reasonable requests. Not all requests are possible.

To make a request, please include your request in the indicated section on the registration form.

- If you are requesting to play on a team, please include the name of the team's coach, age division, and team name. Please be sure to have the coach confirm with us about you joining the team.

- If you are making a schedule request, please be specific. You will also be able to make more schedule requests up until the end of the 48-hour request time.
