This form is for an individual player to be registered for the Summer Basketball League. PLAYERS SHOULD BE REGISTERED IN THE GRADE DIVISION THEY WILL BE IN DURING THE UPCOMING '26-'27 SCHOOL YEAR (i.e., a 5th grader in the '25-'26 school year will need to be registered in the 6th grade division).
 
You will be placed on a team once registration closes - all of the team info will be emailed to you. Please note that a coach is required for each team. If there are not enough parent volunteers in your division, your team will be tasked with finding a coach.
 
Jerseys are included with your registration, but if you need to reorder a different size, there will be an additional fee.
 
All league info will be emailed to you. All games will be at the St. Joseph REC Center on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Games will begin in late May to early June; the league schedule will be emailed to you once registration is closed.
