This registration form is for team registration for the 2026 Summer Basketball League. PreK to 1st-grade teams can be coed. 2nd-6th will have separate boys and girls divisions. TEAMS SHOULD BE REGISTERED IN THE GRADE DIVISION THEY WILL BE IN DURING THE UPCOMING '26-'27 SCHOOL YEAR (i.e., a team of 5th graders in the '25-'26 school year will need to be registered in the 6th grade division).
Please note that if your team has players in different grade levels, your team should be registered in the division that reflects the upcoming grade level of the player in the highest grade (i.e., a team with all 4th graders and one 5th grader will need to be registered in the 6th grade division).
All league info will be emailed to you. All games will be at the St. Joseph REC Center on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Games will begin in late May to early June; the league schedule will be emailed to you once registration is closed.
The registration cost does not include team shirts. Your team will be responsible for providing jerseys or uniforms for themselves. Teams can opt in to ordering team shirts through us for an additional $10 per shirt - you will be invoiced for each shirt placed on the order form. The cost of registration is PER PLAYER. You must change the "quantity" to match the number of players on your team. For example, if you have 8 players, then your quantity should read 8.
