This is the order form for a shirt that will match your child's Mini Mustangs TBall & Training League team. The front of the shirt will have the league logo, as well as match child's team's shirt color. Refund requests will not be accepted. Once the deadline has order deadline has closed, shirt orders will not be accepted. We are opening this up now so that you can have the shirts as soon as possible.
