AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY
The undersigned below, by executing the Agreement To Hold Harmless and Indemnify, hereby agree that we will hold harmless and indemnify the City of St. Joseph, St. Joseph REC Center, MO Family Sports, its organizers, coaches, players, agents, members, partners, and volunteers, from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses), lawsuits and injuries to person or property arising our of or related in any way to MO Family Sports.

This Agreement To Hold Harmless and Indemnify specifically includes all claims or damages to persons and property.

The undersigned hereby acknowledges that MO Family Sports may not carry medical pay insurance coverage or any other liability insurance coverage for any accidents arising out of or related to this event.
